Tire Problems of Volvo 770

Fawr 12,349. Received recall to replace tires and rims. Currently has kelly 285/75r24. 5 on veh single max load 6175, 5th wheel assy has been moved. Blew a left front steer tire and it did a couple thousand dallars worth of damage, he thinks he may have hit something, replaced 3 sets of steer tires for a cupping problem the gen set was added after sale by the dealer. Always exceeds 12,600 on bront steer plus has to run aft of zero or center on kingbin just to get weight down close to 12000 bu cant get under. This gen set with the location doesn't add a who lot of wgt to steers.

Consumer is experiencing vibration and extreme tire wear, tires have been replaced three times.

Tires are yokohama 295/75r22. 5, single max load 6175lb and 5674 dual. The problem with this vehicle is the fawr is 13,200lb and tires are only rated for 12,350. Ofter he runs over 12,350 on the front steer and up to 12,900 plus on the front steer, he can get under 12000 for wgt restrictive states. Gone throught 5 sets of steer tires and has done 4 front axle alignments on veh, current mileage is 265,213.

Numerous steer tires have been replaced on the vehicle for unknown reasons.

The steer tires are experiencing premature wear and vibration, alignments and balancing have been completed and the problems still exist, consumer did not give make of tires.

The vehicle vibrates and there was an extreme tire wear. Also, the consumer replaced steering tires three times.
