Volvo S60r 2005 had several inspections in authorized Volvo dealers, being checked for suspension noises x 3. Had flat tire and tire shop realized there was three 17 inches tire and the flat one was 18 inches tire. Car brought from richardson, had maintenance/service in mcallen texas.
2005 Volvo S60 awd turbo. The right tire rubs on the inside of the cars frame when I make a left turn. We have been told they all do it. We have driven a few other types of the S60 model and have found they have the same issue. Now, our issue is that over time this will/could cause the tire to fail and result in a crash. Volvo has realigned the car twice to try to correct the issue, now they would like to remove the inner metal shields to see if that will help. We feel those shield were put on the car for a reason and the reason is not to be taken off at a later date to cover up a problem.
