Tire Blowout problem #1

The contact owns a 2014 Volvo S60 equipped with continental pro contact tires, size 235/45 r17. The contact stated that while traveling 45 mph, a loud noise was heard. The vehicle was taken to a private mechanic where it was found that the passenger rear tire blew out. The tire was replaced. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate vehicle and tire failure mileage was 4,800. The dot number was not available.

Tire Bubble problem #2

I lease a 2014 Volvo S60. The vehicle came equipped with continental tires, size 235/45-r17-97v. The dot # is af8p-nih6. The odometer has 8, 550 miles. I drive the vehicle very carefully and conservatively. I have not hit any curbs, carstops or potholes. On January 7th I replaced the left front tire due to a bubble in the sidewall. Today I noticed a bubble in the front right side tire. I believe these bubbles are due to a manufacturing defect and not because I hit something with the tires. Please investigate this complaint.
