Two problems related to structure have been reported for the 1999 Volvo S80. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While driving, and without warning the sunroof support bar disconnected from the frame. The front rollover support bar fell out while opening the sunroof and the same happened to the rear support two weeks later. (VIN#1falp52uxta209370).
