One problem related to tire sidewall has been reported for the 1999 Volvo S80. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The michelin tire (p336/50r17) experienced a blowout, the consumer observed a 3" cut in the sidewall after avoiding a pot hole, three days later while driving a loaner with michelin tires, another blowout occurred when the consumer avoided hittin a ball that rolled into the street.
