Volvo 2004 awd S80, angle gear failure at 69712 miles. Cost 2555. 18 an email to Volvo resulted in a $200 rebate. They questioned why the repair was not done at the original dealer but at another Volvo dealer, reason was that was where I broke down. After talking with Volvo had a strong suspicion that the repair may have been covered better if I returned to the original dealer.
