C. 552(b)(6) upon receiving my 3020 Volvo xc 60, I took it back to the dealer once, then two times for a air leak audible through the drivers side window insulation. The repair dealer marrsuch kaiserslautern Volvo told me that yes there was a recall technical statement on the drivers side window that was indeed discovered. The third time t was brought back for the supposed weatherstripping change. Still no difference. I finally gave up. . . Just last week did I notice the body paint rubbing off the bottom left corner of the door and a slight rubbing on the frame. It seems to me that other customers have noticed the air leak at 40 mph or the misalignment of other xc 60's. I am at [xxx] . . . Would you please let me know?.
