The vehicle was taken to smolish Volvo (20360 grandview drive bend, oregon 97701, (541)-639-3005) to be diagnosed. The dealer replaced the steering wheel computer sensor, the steering wheel rack, and the steering wheel fluid reservoir; however, the repairs did not correct the failure.
