The contact owns a 2005 Volvo Xc70. While driving approximately 15 mph, the instrument panel failed and the abs, alternator, and urgent warning system indicators illuminated. During the failure, the windshield wipers activated and could not be turned off. An independent mechanic stated that the central electrical module was corroded and needed to be replaced.
