All you need to light a bulb is a few watts, the ballast system is a joke and costly. It will result in someone crashing and death. Please do not ignore this , check online you will see this is a very common problem in this model and year. Oh , also had the transmission recalled . Mine failed at 75000 miles , still paid 1500 for the work nice company.
