The failure also caused the seats to move independently and a growth of mold and mildew inside the vehicle. The contact also stated that there were several water bugs and other types of insects infesting the vehicle due to the water accumulation. The contact suffered from medical distress as a result of the failure. The contact took the vehicle to the dealer for diagnosis but was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and declined to repair the vehicle. The contact took the vehicle to two independent mechanics but they were unable to drain the several gallons of water that could be heard from the vehicle. The vehicle was not repaired.
