When I fill my tank up all the way my gasoline only lasts about 150 miles. The gas has got to be leaking somewhere!!!

I have had my 2004 Volvo Xc90 for 2 years, no issue until 3 weeks ago started smelling fuel odor. 1 week ago, started having slow sluggish engine starts. I checked under vehicle near gas tank and noticed tank was saturated with fuel. No repairs to vehicle at this time, waiting for recall. This appears to be an issue with a large number of same year and model with issue.

Last couple of days I noticed strong gas smells in the garage. Drove the car a short distance and parked it back in the garage. Checked a couple minutes later and the garage reeked of gasoline. When I checked underneath I found gas staining the underside of the gas tank and drips on the floor.
