Side/window Air Bag Problems of Acura CL

The passenger side airbag in my 2001!Acura Cl was recalled and the company never contacted me about it! I bought the car on 5/28/20 with no title but I do have a bill of sale on a notebook piece of paper but anyways I saw where there was recalls for some parts on my vehicle and was researching up on this stuff and came across the information that my airbags have been recalled. . . Impact with deer, on left side fender, door, and rear quarter panel, broken windshield, broken mirror, which caused $5000 worth of damge, but the left side air bags did not deploy. Why?.

When vehicle was involved in a crash with a 18 wheeler, there was no deployment of the driver's side or passenger's side air bags. Vehicle was hit in the rear first, which made rear end spin around. Vehicle was hit again on driver's side. Most of the damage was done to the driver's front. Please provide any further information.
