Required replacement once under manufacturer's warranty, once under extended warranty under 100,000 miles, and now both need to be replaced again at 102,000 miles. Acura Mdx driven for 5 years had motor mounts replaced at 65,000 miles. Seemed like was not the only Mdx that had this problem. Having part replaced, could save part if needed. The failure led to engine vibrating , which could lead to more problems, including transmission.

Concern regarding towing Honda automobiles behind a motor home. The consumer stated the vehicle broke away from the motor home at the unibody frame at 89-9 mph and t-boned a light standard and rolled into the desert. The vehicle had a break away system on the vehicle with a regular brake system that operates from the motor home brake system, but neither of them worked.

Subframe shifts while driving. Dealer notified.
