Two problems related to transmission gear slipping have been reported for the 1999 Acura TL. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Transmission failure slipping, reving up several times, barely made it to auto shop in vehicle.
Faulty transmission: intermittently transmission fails to downshift or upshift. Also, at times, transmission slips. Dealer notified; provide further details.
