Visibility Problems of Acura TL

On or about April 2,2012 I noticed a crack in the dash on the passenger side near the airbag. 3 weeks later another crack on the drivers side dash. Went to Acura dealership after reading all the complaints and they offered to pay 90%. Fast forward to the week of may 22-28 there is now cracks outlining the passenger airbag all the way around it. The sides are starting to curl up and now 3 more new cracks on the drivers side dash as well. This all started 2 months ago at which time I had absolutely no cracks at all. I take very good care of my car and I also use a custom made sun visor every single day. I feel with all these complaints that there has to be some sort of defect. I'm not happy having to pay 150. 00 of my measly unemployment check to pay for this.

Driver side window rattles excessively when shutting door and driving on rough roads.

Because of the reflective material used in the construction of the dash lower dash components on the far left and far right side of the dash, there is a blind spot created by sun glare into the left and right mirrors from the refection off the lower left and right dashboard. The reflection and glare is so strong, it completely eliminates an image in the mirror, when the sun is behind you, low in the sky. If you are changing lanes and depending on the mirror without looking back, you can't see any object that might be in the mirror. It's a dangerous situation.

2000 Acura Tl mirror leaked fluid on interior of my vehicle's console. Not sure what caused the problem but my mirror is now blurry. Now for some reason everytime I get in my car and drive my right eye starts to hurting. Once I'm out and in fresh air it feels fine. I've noticed on forums online that this seems to be a recurring problem and some have complained of different health issues also.
