The contact owns a 2015 Acura Tlx. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the vehicle failed to correctly shift gears. All the indicator warning lights were illuminated. Additionally, the vehicle failed to accelerate upon starting. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer rick case Acura (875 n state rd 7, fort lauderdale FL (954) 715-7796) where it was diagnosed that battery needed to be replaced. The battery was replaced however the failure recurred. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was 60,000. The VIN was not available.
