One problem related to car accelerates on its own has been reported for the 2004 Audi Allroad. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
On Aug. 09 2014 comming to a stop I applied the brakes. All of a suuden the engine started to accelerate uncontrolable trying to move the car forward. I pressed the brakes as hard as I could and I stoped the car after I hit the car in front when I was able to turn the ignition key off. This sudden unintended acceleration malfunction also happened on Jan. 29, 2006 and Jan. 30, 2011, also reported to NHTSA at those times. It is a life safety issue and should be addressed a. S. A. P. The manufacturer refuse to take any action.
