I just tried to start my Q7 and didn't want to start, the auto starter was going for like 4 seconds, so I return the key to the off position to stop it, and a loud bang and smoke came out the engine compartment, when I check, I saw the smoke coming out the lower part of the intake maniford, it was separated from the main piece, I don't understand why this intake got this useless plastic cover, but I really not sure what could cause this, I took it to the mechanic and apparently it came undone for not aparent reason other than a "bad designed part" this happened when I was starting it on my driveway, but could happen anywhere.
