Vehicle Speed Control problem #1

Limp mode. Started shortly after my purchase in may 2024. On highway and would go into limp mode, almost got hit and caused danger to other traffic. Thought it was fixed and it happened again. Went to pull out and make a left hand turn and had no rpms again, limp mode. Almost got t-boned. Multiple electric issues. Drivers side light. Windows not wanting to work at times.

Vehicle Speed Control problem #2

The vehicle has performed poorly after completing a us department of justice mandated "fix" of diesel (3. 0 liter tdi, engine code cnrb) emissions equipment related to vw/Audi emissions cheating. There is now sporadic lag in acceleration, especially at low speeds, or accelerating from a complete stop. There were times when I have pulled into oncoming traffic, and the power delivery was non-existent, followed by, after a 1 second delay, rapid over acceleration. There have also been many problems related to the reductant metering module failure that has caused dangerous delays and lags in acceleration.
