The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who diagnosed that the rear window regulator needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired but the failure continued to occur. The contact indicated that the failure had occurred once on the rear passenger side window and three times on the rear driver side windows. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure.
