Two problems related to battery dead have been reported for the 2011 BMW 328. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
My car started giving error codes of chassis stabilization malfunction errors. It started draining the battery (new battery less than a year) where it needed to be jumped. The dealer said the power supply cable from the battery to the motor needs to be replaced. Vehicle started then wouldn't run normal and then battery was dead. Once jumped it ran but shakes bad.
Tl-the contact owns a 2011 BMW 328i. The contact inquired about filing a complaint about the dealership. The contact received a recall about the lighting for the vehicle. The vehicle was repaired however, the failure recurred. The vehicle would start automatically and the battery would fail making the vehicle inoperable. The contact also stated that the vehicle would at times fail to start. When the vehicle would start if left on for long lengths of time the battery would fail. The vehicle was taken to the dealer however, the dealer has stated the vehicle's failure was not able to be determined and are not able to repair the vehicle.
