I was unable to unlock the driver's side door. I had to slide over to the passenger side door. There is a BMW sib#: 51-19-07. I cannot believe there has not been a recall given the fact of the possibility of the driver or a passenger being trapped inside the car. I have saved both door locks that malfunctioned.
