Speed Control Linkage problems of the 2000 BMW 528

I recently purchased a 2000 BMW 528i through the oversea military sales progr am in the republic of korea. The car was manufactured to u. S. Specification and I intend to take this car to the u. S. On Feb 24, 2001, at the shindong-a shopping plaza parking lot in yongsan-ku, my husband chong s. Park was involved in an accident when he was parking the car. While proceeding backward at minimum speed, the car suddenly accelerated with exploding noise and hit the wa of the building, causing considerable damage to both my car and the property.
