Power Train Problems of BMW 535 - part 2

My car have about 1/2 second delay from the time you press the accelerator and the car responds, so you push harder, because (I guess) is turbo the kick in is very strong, almost hit a car in front of me at least twice.

Tl- the contact owns a 2010 BMW 535i. The contact stated the vehicle would leak water from the sun roof. The contact also stated that while driving at various speeds, the vehicle would overheat and all the warning lights would illuminate on the vehicle, the vehicle would shut as the failure occurred. The contact also mentioned that his wife could smell the odor of gas emitting from the vehicle.
