The contact owns a 2011 BMW 750li. The contact was driving 25 mph when the abs warning light illuminated, causing the all-wheel drive and the traction control system to malfunction. The contact lost control of the vehicle while driving in inclement weather. The contact took the vehicle to the dealer where the dealer replaced the axle pin, transfer case and the low fuel sensor. None of the repairs remedied the issue. The failure mileage was 8,900.
