general problems of the 2013 BMW 750

My car suddenly stopped during driving in the middle of road. BMW(n63 engine) said that the crankshaft(rod bearing) of the my car had melted and attached inside. My engine was daed totally. Naver restart engine. I almost was in dead. Beacuase of suddenly stoped during driving. I really could not understand such a this breakdown.
