Kristin stated she would 'escalate' the matter to be determined whether it would be repaired under warranty. 20100920 @ 1326: spoke with betsy hohmann [BMW customer relations], she advised there would be "no goodwill assistance" from BMW. Besty acknowledged that the seat mat problem was diagnosed appropriately.
