36 Structure problem of the 2005 BMW X3

Failure Date: 06/28/2008

Interior door rattles/creaks from seals/door sill. Extremely noisy when driving. Sounds as if the car is going to cave in or as one person said, sounds like your driving a wood car. I looked up several sites, it appears it is an on-going issue. I just received the car June 28,08. Please assist if there is a fix.

Sidestand for motorcycle is bent so far that you can't get the bike off of the stand it leans over so far. It has been like this from the day I bought it.
