I got my car serviced at BMW of tucson in 2022 and they ruined the electrical in my car. Additionally, they might have created another key. I also noticed that my software was downgraded by them and the alarm stopped working correctly.

The automatic emergency did not engage the brakes as described to by the dealer, BMW genius and the BMW website. The car was in a collision at low speed (under 35mph) with the car in front of me which put me at risk. BMW sent an engineer from n. J. To inspect the car. The is under warranty and it was in perfect working order. The engineer determined that the system did not engage because the accelerator was depressed, I was told that the system does not work when the accelerator is depressed but that is not how the system is advertised and it is not how it was described in all of the BMW marketing materials.

Was in a drive thru on 9/6/2020 waiting our turn. Approx. 7 cars in front of us. As we are slowly moving up to order, car in idle, foot on brake. As we are moving forward, when we were up to 3 cars, still idling and foot on brake, the car had fully accelerated, brake not holding the car, inching forward due to the force of the acceleration. Tried to shift into neutral, went into reverse. Tried again to shift into neutral, went into drive, still inching forward, at this time I pushed the off button to stop the car. Result of collision with the vehicle in front of us. We have photos but not on this computer.

Water leaked into floor from air conditioning evaporations pan.

The convertible top on the 2006 Z4 BMW has a mechanism that raises and lowers that fails. It's location is such that it is exposed to the elements. When I bought my car (used)I went to a BMW mechanic that told me that if I did have him fix it it would happen again. Talking to other BMW mechanics I got the same info.

I left my BMW in the sun all day and now my locks wont work. Many resources link this problem to the gm5 which controls the lighting and locks. Bad locks can be a safety and security issue on parked cars but also for moving cars as children may open vehicle doors in traffic.

A tractor trailer hit my car, a BMW Z4 convertible, CT license plate, in the rear left, as I was moving slowly with traffic just before the overpass, right before I hit the tappanzee bridge as I was heading to NJ on Friday, August 1st, 2014, sometime between 11:50-1230pm. I believe it was close or about 12:20pm. My head slammed violently against the top of the wheel from the impact. I looked back after being hit and the driver agreed to pull over when there was room for him after going over the bridge to exchange insurance information. I wrote down his license plate , it was tennessee u514217. I believe the # of the truck was 5318. The driver was a white male, about 40-45year of age. After I sped in front, I pulled over just over the bridge to the right where construction was taking place and I waited for the truck to pull in behind me. The trucker pulled up to the left of my car while he was still in the first lane, and he was moving at a snail's pace; his window was rolled down and he stared me in the face, curled his right hand into a fist, put it up to his neck, raised his right thumb, and dragged his right hand across his neck as if to say he'd cut my throat. He then yelled, "I got somewhere to be! do you want me to drive back up here after we exhange personal information, come to where you live, and cut your thorat!" he had driven past me. I hesitated. I didn't know what to do. , I got a cat scan and had my head wound looked at, and was diagnosed with a severe bruise to the head and recieved treatment for anxiety I was feeling from the accident and the hit and run threat. A month has passed and I am still feeling anxiety over this; not to mention my car has been damaged. I am looking to find the driver who hit my car and caused me the wound and constant anxiety I now suffer.

The contact exited the vehicle from the front passenger's side door. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer and repaired twice. The failure recurred and the vehicle had not been repaired for most recent failure. The manufacturer was not notified of the problem. The approximate failure mileage was 57,618.

My BMW 2004 Z4 door on the passenger side would not open. The inside and outside handles would not open the door. Shortly afterwards the drivers side door handle began to fail intermittently. I was locked inside my vehicle without the ability to get out.

Had been driving on the freeway for over 45 minutes when all off sudden the drivers door on our 2003 BMW Z4 popped open. Both of my hands were on the steering wheel when this occurred.
