1 Suspension problem of the 2005 BMW Z4

Failure Date: 10/29/2017

Steering column experience sudden jerks to the left, or to the right randomly making the car really difficult to drive safely. It's worse when driving on a highway. All tires psi are normal and tires just brand new. Car was aligned to discard everything. Even with many similar issues from other customers BMW is not accepting this failure as one to recall. But when I gets into the dealerships they diagnose that the hole steering column needs to be replaced at my expense. My car has only 86,000 miles and this is been happening since vehicle had 80,000 miles.

2 Suspension problem of the 2011 BMW Z4

Failure Date: 03/29/2016

To whom it may concern: I purchased this over $30,000 expensive lemon on December 2,2015. This vehicle has been in the service center more than I've driven it. My expensive lemon of an investment is currently at the BMW midtown service center waiting on the arrival of its new engine from germany. I was told it will take weeks. I am very disappointed in my pre-owned certified vehicle. The resolution offered to me is not appreciated by me. Please any feedback from BMW is welcomed.   jerri sow  (601) 955-2100 americansow@yahoo. Com .

4 Suspension problem of the 2003 BMW Z4

Failure Date: 05/18/2014

The power steering quit I lost the power steering at approximately 40 mph it was more difficult to steer. When it was taken to the dealer I was informed they had been replacing them free of charge on a case by case basis, but I was out of luck because I was not the original owner. The girl I spoke with said she would talk to her supervisor and see if they could help. I was never contacted back. If my wife had been driving the car at the time the pump failed it definately could have been a possible accident.

6 Suspension problem of the 2005 BMW Z4

Failure Date: 07/25/2012

Vehicle would run fine in the morning before the day heated up. At noon, the steering wheel would stick and more force than usual had to be applied with both hands to operate the steering wheel. Also, there are times the car will jerk left or right upon breaking. If the road is slightly uneven, you have to be prepared in case the car jerks in any direction. I have tried upgrading the vehicles suspension system to no avail. Makes the car feel unsafe to drive. I love the car, but I would like these issues to be addressed before somebody gets seriously injured or even killed if it hasn't happened already.
