While driving 30 mph the vehicle was involved in a head on collision. The dual air bags did not deploy upon impact. No injuries reported. Please provide additional information.

While driving 20 mph, another vehicle hit the consumer's vehicle on the front/ left side of the vehicle. Upon impact, upon impact noneof the air bag deployed. The vehicle was towed to the dealership. The mechanic was unable to determine the cause.

Front Air Bag problem #3

While driving at 10-20 mph front passenger tire hit a curb and the air bags deployed. Air bag cover exploded in the air, and lodged itself into the front windshield.
