1 Front Suspension Lower Control Arm problem of the 2000 Buick Century

Failure Date: 04/11/2005

The vehicle was taken to the dealer for regular maintenance, and it was determined that the front left lower control arm separated, which could break off the front of the vehicle. Repair was performed by the shop. The rear mount of the lower control arm was traditional horizontal mounting. This caused the rubber to separate from the lower control arm. Buick denied there was a problem even though the design had been changed. .
