Tl the contact owns a 2015 Buick Encore. While driving 60 mph, the vehicle started to hesitate, the temperature gauge began to increase, and the check engine warning indicator illuminated. The contact parked the vehicle on the side of the road and then took it to autonation Chevrolet north richland hills (located at 7769 boulevard 26, north richland hills, TX 76180, (817) 264-7753). The dealer diagnosed with multiple unknown failures, including an oil leak. The vehicle was repaired, but the failures continued. The manufacturer was not notified. The failure mileage was 95,000.
