2013 Buick Lacrosse. Consumer writes in regards to unpredictable power outage. The consumer stated when the power went out the keys would get stuck in the ignition. When this would occur the consumer would remove the battery cables from the negatice and positive. The consumer then put the negative back in the battery and tap the postive causing a spark to reset the power.
