On the way home from a celebration in our town, I hit a deer. I immediately heard a loud couple of bangs, not just from the impact and smoke was coming out from the steering column and glovebox. Onstar called immediately and said that my airbags had deployed and they asked if I needed help. The concern is that the airbags fired but did not deploy.
Tl- the contact owns a 2014 Buick Lacrosse. The low beam head lamps had poor visibility while in operation during evening hours. The contact had the low beams adjusted twice by the dealer and they were not able to remedy the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The VIN was not available. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 4,000. Dyd.
