I was cleaning my 1994 Buick lesabra when I noticed a hole in the floor around the rear seatbelt. I'm very worried about this. Will the person sitting in the back seat get hurt or killed if the seatbelt dosent hold in the event of a accident. Please check into this. I know this is a older veh,but its all I have. I thought that gm would of fixed this by now,or is mine the only one that is rusted?I really do not think that it is the only one.
For the past 6 months, after starting, then attempting to put on seat belt, the belt often locks up and I cannot pull it out to hook it up. After several tries, it finally unlocks so I can put it on. This happens approx. 1-4 times per week (I usually drive daily). Sometimes only the first time in a day when I start the car. It is frustrating, and causes me to worry that sometime it may not unlock and I will be forced to drive without the belt onl.
All but the 1 drivers side seatbelts wont lock in place for the safety of the passengers.

While driving this vehicle the bolts on my rear brake pad broke in half and the car was unable to move forward, had to drive my car backwards home luckily I was only a block away from home. The 2 front windows will not roll up or down, keep having to replace the hose that leads to my radiator, when I make right turns the car vibrates, two front seat belts have stop locking all together and this vehicle has never been in any sort of crash or accident, front dash is starting to lift considerably. I adore my vehicle and I'm not looking forward to getting rid of it, but there are too many problems to deal with on this car.
2004 Buick lasabre - noticed the front seat belts are attached to the seat rather than the frame of the car. Driver and passenger are therefore only belted to the seat which can become dislodged during an accident. There needs to be a recall and corrective action taken.
Seat belt light stays on and could need to be corrected by putting in the new seat belt.

The driver's side seat belt did not lock. The dealer was notified. It was hard to connect before it had gone completely out. The dealer was not concerned about the incident and did not take the old part. The consumer had to pay for the part at his expense.

When riding in the vehicle and trying to get the seat belts to stay around the consumer, the front and the rear seat belt straps are too short to be pulled out and to go around the consumer.
