The contact owns a 2006 Buick Lucerne. The contact stated that he has moisture vapors covering the high and low beam headlights on the passenger side of the vehicle. As a result, his headlights are not shining bright enough. He took the vehicle to the dealer and they stated that the headlights should clear up within two to six hours and work properly again. No repair was needed because the failure was caused by atmospheric conditions. The failure mileage was 1,400.
