The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer and the contact was informed that both front upper strut housings needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired and aligned. The contact was then informed that the caster adjustment for the front driver's wheel was out of specification. The contact was also informed that there was no repair for that failure. The manufacturer was notified and offered no assistance. The failure mileage was 37,950.
