Tl-the contact owns a 2007 Buick Lucerne. The contact stated that while driving at approximately 27 mph, the vehicles ignition switched off causing the vehicle to stall and crash into a telephone pole. The contact stated the an ambulance was called and he was taken to the hospital with injuries. All warning indicators illuminated in the vehicle at the time of failure. The failure has occurred on one occasion and the vehicle was destroyed. The manufacturer has been notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 72,000. Ddr.
