Other Fuel System Hoses Lines/piping, And Fittings problems of the 2009 Buick Lucerne

The vehicle is leaking fuel down the sides of the gas tank and there is pooling of fuel around the fuel pump on the tank , also on this vehicle the exhaust pipe runs in the middle of the gas tank. The vehicle was taken to a repair shop and diagnosed with a leaking gas tank, after hearing that the vehicle was taken to the gm dealership and diagnosed. The gm dealership is stating that the gas tank is cracked. The vehicle has never been in a wreck! this is a serious safety issue and there should be an investigation on this matter, and I also think that it is the fuel lines going to the fuel pump that sits inside of the gas tank that are leaking, not a crack tank. Leaking or cracking fuel tanks on vehicle should be an automatic recall. Thank you for your time:.
