general problems of the 2009 Buick Lucerne

I loose my power steering when its is raining and wet outside. I go throough a puddle of water the power steering goes out. It lasts for a few seconds , but tose few seconds could be a matter of life and death, especially when the traffic is heavy. The incident happened when I was pulling into a parking lot when I turned the wheel to park I lost power and almost hit a parked car, I had to wrestle with the steering wheel to turn it and park the car. I was terrified.

I do not understand the reason for having basically the same steering problems with this car. I will have to pay for this latest repair. I feel as if there is a problem with the manufacturing of this product and needs attention.
