One problem related to windshield wiper/washer has been reported for the 1998 Buick Park Avenue. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Windshield wipers work, but the harder it rains the faster the wipers go, so fast as to no water being removed from the windshield. At times, affect visibility. Dealer contacted, and states the wipers work according to gm spec.
