It does not matter if tank is full or empty fuel backs up in neck, and will shut out onto whomever is standing in front of gas nozzle. Dealer replaced fuel filler neck. Was replaced immediately after fuel filler neck needed replacing again. Consumer feels there is a manufacturer's defect. Please provide any further information.

When filling gas tank and reaches full capacity, it kicks off the automatic nozzle and gasoline will spill onto vehicle and ground. In addition, windshield had to be replaced due to a visual defect in the driver's area. The replacement windhshield causes a double image and is very distracting.
