The contact indicated that the failure would only occur in extremely cold temperatures. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who was unable to duplicate the failure. Also, the contact indicated that the driver side heated seat would become very hot too the touch before the seat warmer completely failed altogether. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure.
