The contact owns a 2006 Buick Terraza. The contact stated that the steering makes a clunking noise and vibrates. The vehicle was taken to the dealer several times; however, they stated that the steering was normal and could not diagnose the steering failure. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, but would not accept a trade back.
