Dealer (david taylor Cadillac, houston, TX) has advised that the airbags will not function unless the sensor is replaced, at a cost of $625. 00 this is a serious safety issue for a 3 year old vehicle. Gm will not repair without cost.
My airbag light is on and when I took it to the dealer, the passenger airbag module was gone in it and they refused to repair it cause my warranty was expired and there is no recall on the vehicle. I don't understand its a recall on the 2009 model Cadillac Cts for the airbag but not the 2006. If im in a car accident, it will not deflate.
