general problems of the 2006 Cadillac CTS

I was at a stop sign when I tried to press down on the gas the car started tug and it would only do that on the first gear one mechanic said that it has to do with the fuel system and I kept testing the car out and I kept pressing on the gas to see if there was a difference but it kept doing the same thing as the first time.

Vehicle dose not start on cold mornings. It cranks but no start. Good battery.

The contact was able to restart the vehicle and the vehicle was taken to the dealer where the failure was unable to be diagnosed. The manufacturer was contacted and advised that the vehicle was not included in NHTSA campaign id number: 06v020000 (fuel system, gasoline:delivery) and provided no further assistance. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 74,000 and the current mileage was 91,000.
