4 Front Air Bag Sensor Control problem

Failure Date: 03/01/2009

My car has been confirmed that the frontal sensor/control module does not work again. I had it once repaired due to a recall, I believe in 2009. Now in 2012, I am having another issue with the passenger airbag module, in which needs to be replaced (been confirmed by dealer). This part senses if the passenger is sitting in the car. The light is on telling me the passenger airbag needs service. My brakes are new and have been recently replaced, 2 months ago, but there is an issue with stepping on the brakes. When I do I slide and there is an increase in stopping distance. I almost crashed into an RV, slid 8 feet into an intersection because of this on-going issue. I was told by Cadillac dealer in bellingham, wa. The dealer didn't know why I was sliding but to be sure, it was best to change the brakes. Well, it is happening again. I am wondering if it is a recall. I can physically hear the brakes lock up, makes a grinding like noise, then slides forward. I am scared to drive the car. I am in washington state & the car was purchased in washington state, as well. Is it possible that more state can have the same issues related to the other states affected?.
