When we called our local GMC Cadillac dealership to inform them and they stated that it would cost us $95 for them to take a look at it but that the issue had already been fixed before we bought the car so that it was not covered under the recall any longer. It obviously has not been fixed and come to find out this is a serious issue with quite a few gm cars. This issue with these cars needs to be added to list of air bag issues with gm and for the safety of all who drive these cars, this needs to be fixed ASAP!.
